Perry Stylez HusPital provides professional DOT specimen collection, drug and alcohol testing support, and select CLIA-waived point-of-care testing services for individuals, employers, organizations, and other eligible clients.
Our goal is to provide a convenient, professional collection and testing experience while maintaining proper identification, documentation, specimen handling, chain-of-custody procedures, and confidentiality.
DOT Specimen Collection Services
We provide specimen collection services for DOT-regulated drug testing and related workplace testing needs.

Important: DOT drug-testing specimens are collected in accordance with applicable federal collection procedures and are sent to an appropriate certified laboratory for testing when laboratory analysis is required. Perry Stylez HusPital does not represent laboratory-based DOT drug testing as CLIA-waived point-of-care testing.
CLIA-Waived Testing Services
Perry Stylez HusPital also operates under a CLIA Certificate of Waiver for applicable point-of-care laboratory testing.
CLIA-waived testing refers to specific tests categorized as waived under federal CLIA requirements because they are simple laboratory examinations and procedures with a low risk of erroneous results when performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Our current CLIA-waived services are limited to the waived tests currently offered by our facility and permitted under our Certificate of Waiver, including basic urine/urinalysis testing where applicable.
As additional CLIA-waived testing services are introduced, they will be added to our current service menu.
Important Testing Information
Our CLIA Certificate of Waiver does not mean that every laboratory test can be performed onsite. We perform only applicable CLIA-waived tests using authorized testing systems and according to manufacturer instructions and applicable requirements.
Certain specimens may require collection and shipment to an outside laboratory for analysis. Testing availability, specimen requirements, turnaround times, and eligibility vary by service.
Results from point-of-care screening tests should not automatically be interpreted as a medical diagnosis. When appropriate, additional laboratory testing, confirmatory testing, or evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider may be recommended.
